Your special experience starts the moment you arrive in Dubrovnik. On the short ride from the
airport, you will see below you the imposing walls of the medieval city of Dubrovnik.
Rounding the Dubrovnik harbor filled with dozens of sailing vessels, you arrive at the Nautica guest house.

The apartments are located 5 km NW from the hearth of Dubrovnik, direct on the coast, only 25 m from the sea. We have permanent available parking place for your car in front of apartment .
The city traffic bus station and the supply shop are located 1 Km.eastward from our apartments and a good restauran is 300m away only .
You may choose to stay in the spacious apartments up to four persons or smaller studio apartment accommodating two persons. All our apartments are equipped at high standards: AIR-CONDITION, SAT LCD - TV, DVD+CD WIRELES INTERNET etc.

At apartments house Nautica you will have magnificent view and very comfortable interior. The house has several terraces surrounded by lush Mediterranean foliage. You can either bask in the sun, or laze in the shade watching the sailing boats passing by. Some terraces enjoy full
sunshine and others are in deep shade. Barbecue area is a rustic space with few dining tables. Ideal for lunches eaten in swimming costume. There is terraced beach, sun deck and mooring for a boat.
After gorging yourself on the city, you can rent a boat to the nearby Islands and bays directly
from the apartments. There you can find some of the best seafood restaurants on Adriatic .
At extra costs we offer you daily excursions to island Mljet or Korcula by our power yacht or daily excursions to nearby Elaphite islands by a smaller skippered boat. We also offer fishing with nets, lines or spire gun, laser sailing and water-skiing.
